First RISKEEPER Workshops Great Success

This past weekend Boca Raton and Coral Gables, Florida were the sites of the first two RISKEEPER workshops by Church Restoration Group. The workshops were conducted in partnership with the Church Insurance Company of Vermont to promote disaster preparation and risk awareness. Representatives of more than 30 churches from the Episcopal Diocese of Southeast Florida were introduced to RISKEEPER, Church Restoration Group’s new proprietary disaster preparedness program.
Over the course of each day-long seminar, the church leaders learned about disaster planning issues pertinent to Florida, and were lead through the first steps to creating their own disaster preparedness plans, specific to each of their churches using RISKEEPER’s online forms and information management tools. This was the first time that RISKEEPER was unveiled to real church administrators, but it was received with great interest. Participants were amazed with RISKEEPER’s ease of use, and how well it could be customized to suit each church’s needs.
