CHURCH RESTORATION GROUP OF PITTSBURGH TENDS TO SOUTH WITH HURRICANE AID
Sep 28, 2008
PITTSBURGH, PA (SEPT 29, 2008): Church Restoration Group, LLC (CRG), a local Pittsburgh based disaster restoration, construction and consulting company, has been working closely with the Houma-Thibodaux Catholic diocese of Louisiana and their insurance carrier, Catholic Mutual Group, with emergency services and rebuilding after Hurricane Gustav. In addition, crews are also going to Texas to help in the wake of Hurricane Ike’s wrath.
“We began assessments the day after Ike struck the Galveston area,” stated Paul Worthington, Vice President of Construction for CRG. “Now that the areas are open to the public, we are going in to assist with the repairs and rebuilding of the churches which are a vital part of the communities. We have been in Southern Louisiana since Gustav came through and don’t plan on leaving either area until these churches and schools are fully restored.”
CRG worked extensively in the Gulf Coast area following Hurricane Katrina by providing mitigation services and reconstruction efforts for churches and historic structures damaged by the severe storm.
